Serious/Skilled Role Players Wanted!

So ask yourself these questions please: Do I crave to be part of a story that has realistic and relatable characters, a deep plot and a unique story line?

Do I enjoy fantasy, action and adventure?

Do I want to be a part of something that is fresh, balanced and thought out ahead of time instead of made up on the fly?

Well here is your chance to say "Yes" to the above three questions

Dragons of Etherea is a mixture of various mythologies and lore that we see everyday in video games and story books. Using the threat of global war, genocide and a possible apocalypse, Dragons of Etherea creates a suspenseful, immersive, and urgent story where your actions will have a huge effect on the world around you. NPC's will change the way they greet you, their body language and even their clothing based on the actions the main characters take across this epic journey! As you continue through the story the landscape will change before your eyes. Depending on your actions the land you walk on could be green and fertile, or brown and dead. You could be walking through a grassy field, or you could be racing through a bloodstained field in the middle of a battle sequence.

It's up to you to carefully choose how you wish to play, and remember that what you do and what you say does matter in this RP.

Within the world of Dragons of Etherea you will encounter various races and peoples who will all hold a slight different opinion of you depending on what race you choose to start the game as. If you are a Human you will likely meet an indifferent attitude from the Elves, Merfolk, and the shape shifting Jumentai. If you are a Faerie or a Nymph, you will have to do all you can to hide your wings for most humans will attack you on sight.

The races of the RP are as follows: Humans, Elves, Faeries, Nymphs, Merfolk and Jumentai.

Each race has its own traits and abilities which are characteristic of the lifestyle they are likely to lead. Humans for instance have a diverse range of specialties such as mastering different forms of weaponry or magic while having no mythic powers. Nymphs have the Ti Tu Mal, or Touch of Earth, which allows them to communicate not only with animals, but with the nature itself. Faeries have the Vir Tu Mal, Voice of Earth, and can sing and chant ancient verses in their language to perform a myriad of tasks from peaceful healing to deadly attacks on the mind and body.

Dragons are also considered a race, though nobody has seen a Dragon for thousands of years. Evidence of their existence is strong, but never the less they have faded into myth and legend. Lately, with war now afoot between Etherea and Fordesta, and war threatening to consume the remaining Kingdoms, the evidence of Dragons is growing stronger and more wide spread. Lands which never saw Dragons even in ancient times are finding villages burned to the ground in the course of a single night, animals from farms and ranches have gone missing never to be seen again, and other, much more sinister signs such as scales and carcasses with ungodly wounds have been found all over the world.

Is Etherea, and the world itself, fated to experience the wrath of the Dragons as spoken of in legend?

Only you will be able to ascertain the truth of what is to come!
