Special Education (Special Ed.) is a class set-up for children, preteens, and teenagers who are falling behind, have a failing progress report grade. The best way to get you child out of Special Education is to find a private tutor, or find an online resource, such as the one in my resources, to increase both you child?s potential for learning and their actual intelligence. In order for your child to get out of Special Education, they must catchup to their regular class.

Something is wrong here. If a child is placed in Special Education, it is done through a process, and the parents are involved in that process. It is not something they just call and tell you they did.
