The Social Media Business Development Lead & Internet Guru will join the online marketing team and focus on performance based media for the diverse group of Acquinity Interactive online brands including Sweepstakes.com, Political.com, HealthProfessor.com and AmericanCreditReport.com.
This candidate must have extensive social media experience.
This person must have a passion for and is actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities including Facebook, playing of social media games, social commenting, knowledge of the virtual currency markets, etc. and is well-connected with the broader social media world.
You must live, breath and sleep online marketing and social media; you must think strategically but digg in and implement the programs.
Responsibilities:
??? Design social media programs tied to tangible business objectives for both consumer marketing and Acquinity corporate brand development
??? Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership and traffic
??? Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
??? Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and application and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the value
??? Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts
??? Help drive the Acquinity online media buying and customer acquisition strategy by developing and managing social media strategy
??? Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific targets
??? Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR and conversions through targeting and creative optimization
??? Develop strong relationships with brands to continually test and optimize programs
??? Work with cross functional team to develop and advance the online marketing team
Required Skills:
??? Bachelors Degree
??? 5 ??? 7 years of online marketing-specific experience with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in performance based online media and/or social media
??? Demonstrated success in managing high volume social media programs including app development and integration of virtual currency
??? Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis
??? Knowledge of CPM, CPC, CPA, and CPV media buying methods
??? Knowledge Lead Generation, co-registration, SEM, and SEO optimization is a plus
??? Can work with creative team to design and optimize new suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives
??? Strong analytical abilities
??? Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment
??? Expert copy writing and marketing skills to drive desired consumer response
??? Passion for social media and online marketing, as well as personal achievement of goals with a drive to succeed
??? Exceptional communication skills and with a team-first attitude
