I just posted a new e-book on Amazon that can be read on a Kindle. It?s a four-part Bible study that helps people develop a Biblical theology of culture that?s needed for cross-cultural interaction in the 21st century. The goal is to help people love their global neighbor. This e-book flows out of some training that I?ve been doing for the past few years. We live in a complex and globally connected world. In most American cities, we find a mosaic of different cultures, worldviews, nationalities, and religions. How should we respond to diversity as followers of Jesus? How can we obey Jesus? command to love our neighbor in a globally connected world? How can we respectfully communicate what we believe? How can we hold deep convictions about our faith, while thriving in friendship with those who disagree with us? These are the types of questions this Bible study seeks to address.

As the diversity of America increases, it?s important for us to have a strong understanding of culture, and the ability to thrive in cross-cultural relationships. As followers of Jesus, our understanding of culture must be shaped by the message of the Bible. That?s what this study seeks to address.

We will study four different passages, each focusing on a different aspect of God?s story. We will study the Biblical themes of Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration with the aim of developing a Biblical theology of culture that leads to a greater love for God and our neighbor.
